I am pleasantly surprised with Wind and Song and will definitely come back to shop again. I had ordered the same dress new from Saks Fitfth Avenue and it arrived in terrible condition - in a bag, not on a hanger or folded, and full of wrinkles. The one sent by Wind and Song was neatly folded and wrapped with tissue in a sturdy box, and looked great. You could tell it was handled with care. Thank you for paying attention to the details that matter!
