I saw an item on your website, but now it’s gone. What happened?

Many of our items are one-of-a-kind. Since we also sell on other platforms such as Poshmark, the item may have sold there. Occasionally, we restock. If you’re interested in a particular style, please email us—we’ll notify you first-hand if the same item becomes available again.

What condition are your items in?

We sell items in the following conditions:

  • New with Tags (NWT): Unworn, in original packaging with tags attached.
  • New without Tags: Unworn, no original tags.
  • Excellent Pre-owned: Minimal wear, no noticeable flaws.
  • Very Good Pre-owned: Light wear, small minor flaws noted.
  • Good Pre-owned: Noticeable wear or imperfections, still fully wearable.

Every item includes a detailed description of its condition and photos showing any flaws or signs of wear.

Do items come with original packaging and paperwork?

If new-with-tags items include original boxes, dust bags, authenticity certificates, or manuals, this will be stated in the product description. Pre-owned items may not include original packaging—please check product details for specifics.

Are the images shown on your website of the actual items for sale?

Yes. We take detailed photos of every product we sell, including close-ups of any areas of wear on pre-owned items.

Are the pre-owned items cleaned?

Some items are professionally cleaned, while most pre-owned pieces are gently steamed before packaging to ensure they arrive fresh. However, we do not fully wash or dry-clean every item. In the resale industry, cleaning practices can be a matter of debate, as different fabrics and finishes require different care. We recommend checking the care label (if available) and reviewing our Garment Care Guide for the best way to care for your new-to-you treasure.

Do you accept consignment?

At this time, we do not accept consignment. However, we plan to offer this in the near future. Please sign up for our newsletter or check our website for updates.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We collect sales tax for orders shipped to:

California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington.

How much is shipping?
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 (before tax).
  • Standard Shipping: $9.95 (3–6 business days).
  • Express Shipping: $15 (2–4 business days).

All orders ship within 2 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

 Yes. We proudly ship to APO/FPO destinations via USPS Priority Mail.

Is a signature required for delivery?

Yes, for all orders over $1,000, a signature is required to ensure safe delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, undamaged, and unaltered
  • In original condition, with tags and packaging (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please Note:

  • Final Sale, monogrammed, altered, or personalized products, and gourmet items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Only items from the same order may be included in one return package.
When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is accepted, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
