Product & Availability
Each item undergoes a detailed inspection process by our experienced team before it is listed for sale.
We sell items in the following conditions:
- New with Tags (NWT): Unworn, in original packaging with tags attached.
- New without Tags: Unworn, no original tags.
- Excellent Pre-owned: Minimal wear, no noticeable flaws.
- Very Good Pre-owned: Light wear, small minor flaws noted.
- Good Pre-owned: Noticeable wear or imperfections, still fully wearable.
Every item includes a detailed description of its condition and photos showing any flaws or signs of wear.
If new-with-tags items include original boxes, dust bags, authenticity certificates, or manuals, this will be stated in the product description. Pre-owned items may not include original packaging—please check product details for specifics.
Yes. We take detailed photos of every product we sell, including close-ups of any areas of wear on pre-owned items.
Prices can vary for several reasons. Marketplaces often charge additional commissions and fees, which can affect the final price. In some cases, similar items may appear with different conditions or levels of wear. Shopping directly on our website ensures you get the most accurate pricing, condition details, and the best overall value.
Some items are professionally cleaned, while most pre-owned pieces are gently steamed before packaging to ensure they arrive fresh. However, we do not fully wash or dry-clean every item. In the resale industry, cleaning practices can be a matter of debate, as different fabrics and finishes require different care. We recommend checking the care label (if available) and reviewing our Garment Care Guide for the best way to care for your new-to-you treasure.
Selling & Consignment
At this time, we do not accept consignment. However, we plan to offer this in the near future. Please sign up for our newsletter or check our website for updates.
Orders, Shipping & Delivery
Sales tax is collected where required by law. Orders shipped to New York are subject to sales tax. For orders shipped outside New York, tax may not be charged depending on state requirements.
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 (before tax).
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 (3–6 business days).
- Express Shipping: $15 (2–4 business days).
All orders ship within 2 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Yes. We proudly ship to APO/FPO destinations via USPS.
Yes, for all orders over $1,000, a signature is required to ensure safe delivery.
Returns & Refunds
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn, undamaged, and unaltered
- In original condition, with tags and packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please Note:
- Final Sale, monogrammed, altered, or personalized products, and gourmet items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Free Return if item arrives not as described.
- Only items from the same order may be included in one return package.
Once your return is accepted, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
